Behaviour Packages
Veterinary Referral: Please note I am bound by the APBC to get a veterinary referral before the first appointment. I can supply you with a form which your vet can complete. Alternatively, your vet can email me direct with a request.
Insurance Claims: Many pet insurance companies include behaviour consultations in their policies. So it is worth enquiring with your insurer beforehand, but please note that I cannot make a direct claim on your behalf. My qualifications are recognised by the majority of leading pet insurers, I am a member of the APBC & Registered Trainer and Behaviourist with the ABTC.
All packages include liaison with your vet and completion of any insurance paperwork.
Travel: Travel within a 5 mile radius of Malton is free of charge. Outside this area travel will be added to the cost of the package you select. Travel zones are outlined at the bottom of this page. Distances are calculated using AA Route Planner.

Terms & Conditions
Client Compliance
Behaviour modification is a collaborative process and success of the programme depends largely on the consistent implementation of recommendations provided. Every effort will be made to support you and your dog throughout the process; however progress can not be guaranteed and will vary depending on factors such as the nature and severity of the behaviour, the dog's individual temperament and circumstances within the home environment.
All recommendations will be fully explained during your appointment(s). If any aspect of the programme is beyond your capabilities or difficult to implement please contact C S Canine as soon as possible so alternative strategies can be discussed where appropriate.
Some behaviour concerns will require ongoing support beyond the initial package, particularly where behaviours are long term or complex. Should any new behavioural concerns arising during the course of the programme please inform C S Canine promptly. Where these behaviour concerns are unrelated to the original referral, additional consultations or a further package may be recommended.
C S Canine is fully insured. If your pet insurance policy includes behavioural treatment you may be able to claim some or all of the associated fees. Please check with your insurer regarding your level of cover.
You will be asked to sign agreement to follow the clause above prior to your first appointment.
Further appointments are £80 per hour plus travel.
